The hospitality of the staff,the couple (husband & wife) who take care of the guesthouse were very helpful and friendly by giving us infos on where to eat and where to go.We were satisfied as it is near to all the facilities like pharmacy and minimart.
There were 2 staff whom I did not like because 1 would just sit behind the counter facebooking...and the other one who was just the helper sat and munching on food when I walked into the house and when I smiled,she never smiled back! How unfriendly... On our 4th & 5th day,there was this bad smell coming from the hole in the toilet...i had to blast the air-cond to get rid of the smell.The location was not as near as what been described in the website (3 minutes walk to the beach?) we had to rent motorbikes for us to be able to go to the beach.

Friendly Owners, scooter hire, Comfortable modern room, we had an excellent hotel style experience, at a fraction of the price, suited us brilliantly, close to ferry, in house trip agency, super quiet budget stay.
View of scrapyard from room, but was no problem. No fridge in room, quite far out of town, but tuc tuc and scooter hire available.

Clean.
Location on the map is wrong. Far away from central Ao Nang ( 4 Km back side ). Renting a motercycle in the guesthouse costs double than in Ao Nang. Room staff is not be trusted. Poor breakfast that yourself have to make.

Spacious rooms . Besides that the preparation of breakfast on our own makes you feel very much at home. It is also not far from the beach & Ao Nang town. The owner, Mr Nong is also very friendly.
